It really hurts when...
-you work so hard on a project only to have someone say that it looks like it was designed by Hitler
-you have to spend 8 hours of your day with someone who appears to be older than you but acts like they are 4.
-you do all the work and everyone else gets to take quizes about how well they flirt.
-someone sings a song to you in your face stating that you are ugly.
What really hurts most of all is when these 4 things come from the same person all in the same day!

Sounds like a bad day.First of all consider the source of the comments and rise above them. You know you are right. Your father-in-law says that's grounds for harassment so document what was said.Thirdly how bout you challenge her on all this We believe in you. You go girl!!!

You shouldn't have to put up with this. This is craziness and if you need to vent out loud...give me a call. Def. speak to supervisor! Even if you do cry. Or, document it in writing first and let them read all the facts before you cry!
P.S. It's okay to cry. I do it to!
I spoke with my Sup. about it this morning - and yes, I did cry cuz I can't handle it anymore! She said that she will speak with my co-worker and we will moniter everything she does more carefully. She also said that we have to be sensitive with her cuz she has ADD and some other issues - I'm not sure how I feel about that but at least I was able to speak up about it. Life is such an adventure!!

YOu are very intellegent, loving and caring. YOu can overcome this. Don't let anyone walk over you, stand up for yourself and know for sure that there are a lot of people that love you and are praying for you..I love & pray for you. The next time she says something to you, in return ask her what in her life has made her feel so ugly about herself and has hurt her so much, that she has to bring another person down, just to feel worthy & good about herself. Let her know that by hurting you, she is just allowed the person who has hurt her to hurt her even more. YOu can overcome this, we all believe in you and are supporting you 100%.
