Update

Life has pretty much been on it's ups and down's since Thursday. I never know when to laugh or when to cry!
-My grandma got moved to a hospice yesturday as there is nothing that the doctors can do for her anymore at the hospital. She has gotten pnemonia, a kidney infection and a bladder infection on top of her alhezimers (I really need to learn how to spell that!) . My family is leaving today to drive 8 hours to go be with her. They were going to wait until she passes away but my mom wants to be there with her sisters and to give them a break from everything. The funeral is all planned, they are pretty much just waiting around which is pretty difficult.
-I talked with my supervisor about last weeks gong show here at work and today is going to be a rather interesting day. She is going to talk with my coworker about EVERYTHING today...yikes.
-Yesturday I turned twice as old as my little brother!! Peter surprised me with an ice cream cake and a lovely dinner out! He also got my tickets to see the Monster Truck Show (Yeah!!!) and Stars on Ice...2 totally opposite events, but 2 of my favorite things!! Thanks Peter - you're the best husband ever!!!! I had a wonderful day!
-Winter arrived in Calgary last night...snow is on the ground....I guess we are more than blessed to have had only above normal temperatures for all of January!!
