This afternoon I had a Home Visit with a lady from Afganistan. On her television she was watching a church service in their Farsi language and I recognized the song that they were sining was 'This is the Day, This is the Day, that the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it!" It struck we how cool it is that people all over the world, in so many different languages are rejoiceing that today is a day that God made and we should be glad!! I like how God just shows up in the most random places and reminds us of simple things like that. I thought it was pretty cool.

I remember being at my last college retreat and there was also another group there and they were singing blessed be the Lord God almighty in another language it was the most beautiful thing I'd heard in a long time
