Weekends come and go so faast! I think I say that every Monday! This weekend was a lot of fun...I love having 2 whole days to spend time with my husband!! Friday night date night ended up being a night of playing Badminton at Southland Leisure Centre...I haven't done that since Junior High when I was forced to play! This past Friday as we were playing all I could picture was my old gym teacher standing behind me telling me to put some energy into it!! I sure don't miss those days!! On Saturday I got to do some shopping in the afternoon - I got a bunch of shirts and a skirt for the summer but I was frustrated that I couldn't find any pants to fit me...either there were all too tight in the 'thigh' area' or they were way too long for my short legs!! Yikes! I'll have to keep trying.

Sunday was the most fun of all - Peter and I went to the zoo with our pastors 3 children - it was fun to watch them run from animal to animal....we were definatly tired by the time we dropped them back home. Peter says that I'll be tired of kids by the time I get my own but I don't think that is possible! When we pulled up to their home to drop them off they all rushed to the door trying to be the one to get in first to tell their zoo stories. I remember being a child and fighting with my brother to be the first one in the door! The cutiest part of the day was when Peter was carrying the little girl in his arms and she said 'I miss my mom soooo much!' Too cute!
