I was reminded last night that I didn't grow up on the Praires....I saw a little pickup truck with 2 huge bundles (I called them balls at the time) of hay in the back and I thought it was the funniest thing I've ever seen! Bundles of hay are huge....and they were in a pick up truck...in the middle of the city!! Apparently I was the only one who thought it was funny....thank me Newfie roots for that!
Calgary has one more chance to stay in the playoffs tonight...and we have company coming for dinner....let's hope they like to watch hockey and let's hope that they don't mind sitting on the couch to eat and not at the table!!
