Happy New Year!! We are back from our vacation from snowy Newfoundland. I had such a great time with my family. Three weeks went by way too fast!!
This is my home in Pasadena where I gew up! I lived there for 19 years!
A 'mummer' came to visit our family!! He tried to have a dance with my mom.
We spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Peter and I are playing on getting a gym membership now so that we can work off all of the turkey dinners, pots of soup and yuummy cookies! 
During some spare time we played some pool in my family's basement. Don't worry, those guns were locked up and we didn't have time to go shoot any grouse - but Peter did taste test the bird that my family eats from time to time! He also got to have some moose stir fry and moose steaks on New Years Eve. I opted to eat the beef.
Decorated the ginger bread house. Warning: when buying a ginger bread house, read the box first to make sure that it isn't 'pre built'!

My cat Peaches - 17 years old! She likes to hid out under the tree and drink water from it from time to time!

Looks like you had a great time there. When I took Jeremy to NFLD in November we went downtown St. John's to a restaraunt called VELMA'S and Jeremy tried cod-tongues for the first time. I hate sea-food so I have never eaten them, but he said they were good! Isn't it fun to share the newfie culture with our hubbies!?!
PS. I love snow-mobiling!
