So yes, yesturday was my birthday...the big 2 7 !! I spent the day as follows....

-enjoyed a boiled egg breakfast (my fav) prepared by my wonderful husband before he went to work at 7am

-I went to work.

-got a wort removed at the doctors office (that was definatly the highlight!)

-got a phone call from my ma...she was a little sad because I haven't been home for my birthday in 9 years but she was also happy of course!!

-got a phone call from my dad...he was late coming home so he had to call a little later than my ma...he was talking about how 27 years ago there was so much snow that they could not see out of the front window and how he was across the lake on ski-doo getting wood on the day that I was born!!

-then a got a call from my brother and his girlfriend...I was a little out of practice listening to their Newfie accent so I had a little trouble understanding...but it was quite enjoyable!!

-then my husband came home with an ice cream cake and I was allowed to open my presents!!! I got a Christian version of Dance Dance Revolution from Peter - he obviously knows me very very well !!! I can't wait to work out to my favorite Christian songs..should be fun!!! He also gave me a foot spa - I can't wait to use that either!!! Thanks babe for taking such good care of me and for loving me so much!

-after presents we went to the Flames game!! It was a great game!!! Craig Conroy was back and it made the game extra fun! Of course the Flames won and that made it even better!!!

-then it was back home for some yummy cake and a tummy ache!!!

-I had a great day...thank you to everyone who thought about me on my birthday and thanks for sending all your special wishes!! Mostly, thanks to Peter for making me feel so special every single day!
