Yesturday we got a card in the mail from all our new friends from Gibson's (including the local laundry mat owner) and I realized that I haven't really updated since my time in Gibson's over Christmas. There is no trouble to tell that we are back at college and into all of the assignments and work tasks again. This semester it seems as though all of the professors decided to give us a huge load of assignments right at the beginning so we've been swamped for the past few days. Things are going well though as far this semester. We are definatly into the cold cold Winterpeg Winter. Today it was -52. I thought I lost my eyelashes. Come on Springtime!!

The little girl here in our community, who is the cuties thing every, is only 17 months old and learning how to go potty. She went yesturday for the very first time. She is so smart - it's unbelievable. She even knows french words, sings the alphebet and knows numbers up to 10! She even says 'baby elephant' so clear....I could eat her up she's that cute!!!

So 28 years ago today my parents struggled through a snow storm to bring me into the world. I would just like to thank them for that and for loving me all these years. I have no idea where the past few years have gone...I'm sure I'm still only 20. It was 15 years ago today that my dad went and bought me new ice skates while my mom was in the hospital with my new baby brother. He isn't new anymore and neither are the skates but I will cherish them becuase it was the first time that my dad went shopping for me!! Speaking of skates, Peter and I went for a little skate on the weekend down at the Forks on the longest skating rink in the world!

Not too much else is new, you would think that there would be since it's been over a month since I've been on here. Sorry for the lack of updates and the lack of pictures. I'll see what I can do over the next few weeks to make this more exciting! Hang in there though, I'm sure something is bound to come up sooner than later!
