At the beginning of the week I wrote about how there just has to be something more. Work was so terribly, uncontrollably boring - so I prayed, just as I said I would. I prayed for work that would keep me busy. I prayed that God would give me something more then this. I prayed that I would know whether I needed to continue trying to be content or if I should be actively seeking other options. Why does it surprise me that God answers prayer! It blows me away every time. Right after that prayer, I got the strangest phone call and from then on my week hasn't been the same. I can't elaborate at the moment - maybe on Monday - but I just want to send out a warning to all those prayer doubters - look out!! When you place your life into God's hands and finally tell Him to do what He wants - He will answer you. I used to think that total surrender meant total boring but Amanda was wrong again! Everytime that I do that I am sent on the most wildest adventures! Now, I most get started at work - I have so much to do! How bizarre!
