A few of my friends are having a little reunion in Winnipeg this week. I've been reading their blogs and actually missing my days when I used to be in Winnipeg. I didn't get a chance to visit with my friends Anney and Craig when they passed through here as I was stuck in bed (sorry guys) but now I'm missing all of them very much! As I think about my past days of living at 447 Webb Place, Booth College, here are some favorite memories that come to mind:
-going from being the most quietest person living in residence during my first year to being Senior RA with Anney my last year.
-skating and sliding late at night at The Forks
-walking to Moxies at Polo Park and eatting white chocolate brownies
-Driving to Minnisota with Ashely to see a Third Day concert
-water fights on the third floor balcony
-camping Thanksgiving weekend with snow on the ground
-church hopping on Sunday nights
-eatting popcorn with Lorelei
-making KD in the lounge with all the girls
-playing 'this is the song that does not end' very loudly on the guys floor in the middle of the night
-watching The Generals basketball and volleyball teams
-Newfie chapel
-bible study at the Young's house/bible study at the Whitbread's house
-the first time I was able to back in the college van!
Some things that I don't miss:
-cold and windy Winnipeg
-trying to stay awake until midnight to do the building check
-trying to figure out who was the 7th floor stealer!
-having to eat beagals all the time because I didn't like most of the meals
-baptisms on the guys floor
-emergancy RA meetings
-coin laundry
-having to force certain people to clean their room
-graduation rehearsal!
-having to say goodbye to good friends every year at graduation

Awww Amanda we miss you too. Church hopping was the best....especially dairy queen Sunday.
We've been talking about the past days at the college. It's weird being there now (even for me who lives in the city). There are all these faces we don't know and everything has changed. It's kinda annoying because it's like "our" school and I wonder what these little creeps are doing there, but alas it is now their school and when I think of it that way it's kinda neat to be on the outside watching these new kids make the memories that in a few short years they will be missing.

Miss you too Amanda, I wish you could have came to WCBC for our mini reunion as well. I miss having KD, Anneya dn I were goign to make some, but we never got around to it, I just remember that oh well. Hope you are feeling better.
