It took 3 hours, 2 games and 14 innings to get it.....1 run around the bases!!! At the very last inning last evening as the sun was going down we managed to get in one point for South Meadows!! The first game was 18-0 and the final game was 17-1 !!! We pulled it off!! It was fun though despite some of the frustration and bats hitting the wire fence....we had a big cheering section and a lot of children eatting dirt! At one point I was cheering for my husband who made an incredible dive and one of the little girls came over and asked, 'why are you cheering for Mr.Peter? Oh, I know...it's because you married him!! I saw you guys tiss and it was discusting!'
