The weekend in Pictures

Last weekend was very busy for us, but a lot of fun....here are some of the activities....

Stars on Ice!! Friday night Peter and I went to see Stars on Ice at the Saddledome. It would have been nice if it were the Flames on Ice, but figure skaters were the next best thing! It was a part of my birthday present from Peter...

On Saturday we woke up early to get ready for a wedding. Peter's friends Naomi and Dylan got hitched and Peter was the handsome MC.

After the wedding, we had a late dinner with my friend from BC (Mr. Paul Martin). It was great to see him again and to hang out, just like old times.

On Sunday, we went to church (worship team was great guys, good to see some new faces up there!!) and then we went for a quick lunch with Peter's mom. They are preparing to sell their house and move out here to Calgary sometime this summer!

Then off course was softball practice, followed by small group in high river. I really enjoy hanging out with the people from our small group, we have been becoming good friends because of it. They cooked us up a wonderful BBQ while Peter, Melanie and I played on the trampoline with the twins....I was sure feeling that the next day, but I loved every moment of it!!! I can't wait to do it again! (I don't think the neighbours would like that though because I was sure screaming a lot!!)
