I had quite the experiance driving to work this morning...I watched as a little squirrel ran across the lanes adjacent to me, I thought to my self, 'little squirrel, you should stop in between these lanes where there are trees and grass for you to play', but no, the squirrel kept on running, he ran right under my tires....it was the worst squish I;ve heard in a while! I felt so terrible! Poor little thing! I think that was worst then my experiance where a few summers ago I ran over a already dead and hardened squirrel and it bounced up and hit my brother in laws car driving behind me! Opps!
Also as I drove along this morning, the traffic was backed up for miles along the deerfoot...why??? Because of a cardboard box in the middle of the road!! I was only getting a little bit frustrated and tried to think of the 30 degree weather we have been getting all week where I;ve had to do stuff in doors all week and then I tried to think about the 30 degree weather that we are going to get for the long weekend coming up where I have to spend it inside a conferance center for 3 days...hmm...that didn't help!!!
I'm really not that bitter, just having one of those mornings! I have so much to do when I get home tonight - plus 6 home visits to get through today at work...an end is in site!!!
Oh, I need people to pray for my aunt (my dad's brothers wife) in Gambo Newfoundland (that is the little town where my dad grew up). She has been in the hospital for a week now, they think she had a stroke or she may have something on her brain. She will find out today. Every day she is getting worse - not knowing how to answer the phone, telling my dad on the phone that she has dinner cooked for him, telling her husband to let the dog out (they don't have a dog) and just really weird things like that. It came on reallly suddenly. She has 6 kids and 11 little grandchildren so hopefully they will be able to come to a conclusion today about how to get her better. Prayers would certainly help!!
