Give Thanks - for anything and everything.
For flowers that grow where you least expect them; for early moring kisses on the check; for safety when driving to work; for a home to come home to at the end for the day; for children who make you smile when you feel down; for the warmth of the sunshine and for the glow of the full moon at night; for hands that cook and eyes that can see; for friends who understand; for family who loves; for a marriage so blessed; for birds that sing; for breath every moment of the day.
Thanksgiving is such a warm and cozy holiday. When I picture Thanksgiving I picture the colors of Fall, I feel leaves under my feet, I smell home cooking and I hear the voices of family. May you enjoy this holiday to the fullest, whether you will be surrounded by friends and family or whether you will be feasting at home all alone. Take time to count your blessing and to tell the special people in your life how thankful you are to have them around.
(Just as a side note, my dear husband has resurfaced into the blogging world. He has been dedicating his blogs to his reflections on scripture - check it out if you want a good spot to go to meditate and think upon God's word)
Happy Thanksgiving!!!
