Congratulations to my fadder-in-law who got 'called to the bar' yesturday...I believe that means he is now officially a lawyer!! Peter and I were trying hard to make it back to Calgary for the special day, but it just didn't work out. It sounds like they had a wonderful day though....we are very proud of him!!!!

I listened to a little bit of it but it is really hard to listen to myself speak!!! It is easy to tell that I was nervous!!

Congratulations is also in order for the Generals!!! That is the hockey team that Peter plays for....they won a game last night!! Apparently only one game was won by the Generals last year...so this year they aren't doing so badly at all!!! There is another game on Saturday night that I will go and watch and cheer! That is about the biggest plan for this weekend....other than accomplishing more homework that seems to be never ending!!

One more congratulations to send out......to my brother who got accepted into school for January!! He is going to get some sort of education to work with 'heavy eqiupment'. It means that he has to live away from home for a few months, but he can visit on the weekends! I'm so proud of him as well for deciding to do this!
